But What if I am Worried?

Our desire to avoid the virus might help us remember to avoid viral posts as well. Attention-grabbing headlines or pictures full of BIG SCARY WORDS often overstate the truth, or even spread completely false information.
If you want real information about COVID-19, go to large, reliable sources:

The World Health Organization
The United States Centers for Disease Control (CDC)
The United Kingdom National Health Service
The European CDC

If you find a particularly frightening story, or a suggestion of how to protect yourself, check and see if any of the above sites agree. (This includes suggestions from me - I am an expert on Scripture and Christian theology, not a psychologist or physician.)
